In February 2011 PEPOMO visited Sweden to launch Propeller Island Television at SUPERMARKET 2011 Art Fair. Pictured is the Kulturhuset (The House of Culture), Stockholm, where the Art Fair took place from 17 February to 20 February 2011.
Here is the welcome note we found upon arriving in the exhibition space. ‘Propeller Island London’. NOT to be confused with ‘Propeller Island Berlin’.
Ah! The blank canvas! Well, empty Art Fair booth then. Full of potential, and the smell of paint.

The SUPERMARKET 2011 logo in decal form. No shopping trolleys or other such literal reference to supermarkets here. Instead, the letters are joined together a bit.
SUPERMARKET 2011 Art Fair proved to be very popular, with queues of eager art fans snaking out along the concourse of Kulturhuset (The House of Culture).
